All our 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedroom suites come fully furnished with premium essentials, including living room sets, dining areas, and bedroom furniture.
Is private parking available for residents?
Yes, we provide ample dedicated on-premise private parking exclusively for all our residents at Crimson Hawk Rentals.
What security features are in place?
Security is our top priority. We feature 24/7 CCTV monitoring and individual electronic StrikeForce key fob access for all suites and common areas.
How close is the complex to the IUP campus?
We are located at 934 Oakland Ave, Indiana, PA—which is literally just steps away from the IUP campus entrance.
