Vehicles will be towed if not in compliance and if parked on property without a valid permit. Permit holders understand and agree to the following:

• If you do not have a parking permit and your car is parked in a spot it WILL BE TOWED!

• No Guest parking is available in any of the Crimson Hawk Rentals parking lots.

• Absolutely NO PARKING out front of Crimson Commons

  • If your vehicle is out front of the building, it will be towed.

• Towing - If your vehicle is towed, you need to call Import Auto at (724) 349-9211

  • DO NOT call, text, or email management.

• The parking lots are patrolled by the towing company, if they do not see a parking permit the car will be towed.

• The fee will be your responsibility.

• Usually the invoice will need to be paid before your vehicle is returned to you.

• You will need to find a ride to the location of your vehicle.

Parking Lot Rules:

• Crimson Hawk Rentals is not responsibility for damage to or loss of vehicle, its contents, or accessories from any cause whatsoever.

• NO guest parking is available. Only tenants of Crimson Hawk Rentals have access to the parking areas.

• Parking areas are maintained to our standards. We do not guarantee snow removal.

• DO NOT let any other student/friend/family member/strangers use your parking permit.

  • If you are caught, you will lose your parking rights completely without a refund

• Parking permit MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES when parking in designated area(s).

• If the parking pass number does not match the vehicle that is parked in the lot, that vehicle will be towed away at owner’s expense.

• Additional fee of $5.00 if parking permit is lost or damaged.

• Any vehicles parked in areas other than the designated area(s) or vehicles parked without permit displayed as directed, will be towed away at the vehicle owner’s expense.

• DO NOT PARK OTHER CARS IN. When parking in the lot(s), please have consideration for other students.

• Crimson Hawk Rentals may regulate the time, manner, and place of parking all vehicles.

• Do Not block the exits with your vehicle.

• Only park in spaces with two (2) lines.

• Do Not park in the space with diagonal lines.

• If you change cars during the semester it’s your responsibly to complete a new Parking Permit Agreement form and return it to management before you bring the new car.

  • If you changed cars and did not notify management and your car gets towed, you need to call Import Auto

I have read and understand the parking rules and agree to the terms of this agreement. ADD SIGNATURE ONCE PAYING
