We are located directly across from the IUP Oak Grove on Oakland Ave. Laundromat student access. Shops , including a coffee shop on street level in building. This prime spot allows you to walk to class in minutes while maintaining your freedom away from dorms.
What suite layouts are currently available?
We offer a wide variety of floor plans including 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-bedroom options. These would be great for groups of friends or team mades looking for a shared living experience. The larger the bedroom suites the lower the rent.
What building amenities are provided?
Utilities, high-speed internet, secure WiFi. You won't deal with extra monthly bills. Every unit features a modern kitchen, private bedrooms, all furnished.
How is resident security managed?
